



The ingredients matter! We use fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. The exceptions are the rice, the pasta, and the saffron, which are brought in from Spain.
Tapas or Appetizers
Our standard tapas include:
Plato de Jamon & Queso – A variety Spanish meats and cheese served with crackers, fresh baguette bread, and dried fruits.
Tortilla de Patatas – Traditional Spanish omelet made with fresh eggs, diced potatoes, and sweet onions. Cut in diamond-shaped bite sized portions.
Bruschettas – Fresh tomato and basil on baguette bread.
Specialized Appetizers
Shrimp Ceviche Spoons – Peruvian ceviche served in spoons made of shrimp, sweet potato, red onions, corn kernels, rocoto, and lime.
Jamon Iberico – One of Spain's treasures. The finest Jamon from Spain cut into thin slices of the dark red ham that have a deep, complex flavor.
Main Dish
The main dish is traditionally served with a light mixed salad dressed with an olive oil and vinegar dressing and a melody of fresh baguette breads.
Paella Valenciana – "The Unlikely Spaniard" Style
The ingredients include chicken breast, chicken leg, boneless pork ribs, shrimp, prawns, clams, mussels, artichokes, and green beans. It's the paella that made The Unlikely Spaniard famous.
Paella de Mariscos
The ingredients include prawns, shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, garlic, tomatoes, rice, saffron, salt, artichokes, and green beans.
Paella de Carne
The ingredients include chicken breast, chicken legs, boneless pork ribs, garlic, tomatoes, rice, saffron, salt, artichokes, and green beans. (You can change the vegetables to corn wedges and brussel sprouts as well.)
Vegetarian Paella
The ingredients change with the vegetarian paella as we use what is fresh, local, and organic at the time of the event. Typical vegetarian paella includes broccolini, artichokes, brussel sprouts, corn wedges, green beans, red or orange bell peppers, garlic, and tomatoes.
Fideua
Fideua is basically seafood paella, but instead of rice a short pasta (Fideo) is used. The ingredients include shrimp, prawns, squid, clams, mussels, artichokes, and green beans.
Desserts
